Our Projects

Public

Coaching Cafe

We have been running our “Coaching Café” since 20XX - promoting coaching to the public, and helping coaches build a community through continuous practice and growth. With XX sessions and XXX participants so far, we've seen how coaching can illuminate self and enlighten everyone. We warmly invite you to join us at 7:00 PM on the last Thursday (HK Session) / at XX PM on XX (Chinese Mainland Session) of every month. Come, share, and grow together.

Youth

Secondary School

We have worked with 8 secondary schools in coaching their Form 4 to 6 students. A pre coaching questionnaire was administered with help of teachers to identify possible issues that students would like to focus on during the coaching sessions over around 4 to 6 months.

Institute of Vocation Education (IVE)

We have worked with 3 IVE schools via their student development office. The students mainly need coaching support in boosting confidence, career planning and personal development.

SoCO Youth Program

We have worked with SoCO for a coaching-based self-discovery camp. There were 40 students who were going on to their various university studies. In the 3 days 2 nights camp, they were challenged on their values, choice of identity, team spirit, emotion management and future plans.

Rising Sun Youth Program

An NGO, Institute for Integrated Rual Development (IRD), has recruited 40 students from various schools and they were paired with our coaches for a two-year coaching journey. In the process, the issues could be related to their personal development, attitude towards studying, relationship with family and friends, and career choices.
Most of the coaching sessions are done over zoom or physical meetings. In addition, we have physical outings with these coachees. Below is photo from one of the events.

Universities

A coaching program was launched with the support of the Student Development Office from Hong Kong University and other tertiary education institutes to recuit students who have personal issues. They worked with coaches to resolve personal, study or career issues.

Parent

Parent coaching with Society for Community Organization (SoCO)

During COVID, we initiated a program to support parents who are locked down at home with their children. From 2020 up to 2023, we have worked with SoCO to train their parent members. Each training had four phrases that last over 4 months targeting the attitude of parenting, emotions management and communications between parents and their children. We trained over 400 parents with positive feedback over this time.

Parent coaching-based training for PTAs:

In 2025, we have worked with three primary school’s Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) for a coaching-based training program. Again, we focused on their attitude of parenting, emotion management and communication between parents and their children.
